Juicing and Blending Recipes
I use the Tribest Personal Blender for this and other drinks.
Maraline's Quick Blended Vege/Fruit Drink
A simple way to make up 4 containers in advance, one a day for 4 days, make this twice a week, carry to work, drink on the way, it's a simple way to do vege/fruit puree - I love it.
Makes 4 servings (holds in refrigerator 3 days)

Recipe will be divided equally into 4 large drinking containers, I use 16 oz.
1 bag of Organic Spinach
2 large or 4 medium tomatoes
1 English Cucumber or equivelant organic cucumbers
1 large or 2 small avacados
2 t. Cod Liver Oil or Flax Seed Oil
2 t. Omega 3,6,9 Oil (I use Nordic Natural)
1/2 cup (or juice of 2 lemons or limes)
2 t. cayenne pepper (optional
2 t. Real Salt, Celtic Salt
pure water to fill each container to 2/3 mark
Preparation - I use a TriBest Personal Blender, high quality, small footprint.
You will need 4 glasses or containers (Personal Blender comes with either polycarbonite or glass and you can order add on containers with commuter lids - you can also oarder handled mason jar drinking glasses with commuter lids, review blenders and offers)
Dice cucumber, quarter tomatoes, quarter avacados, divide and place into each of your four containers
Add 1/2 t. of each oil plus salt, and optional cayenne, to each container, top each with spinach, divide and add lemon/lime juice, and then top with pure water to the 2/3rds mark on the container.
At this time puree one to drink, and cover other containers with lids or if you are using a glass, saranwrap.
Only puree the container you are drinking, the other containers may be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days - lemon juice/water keeps veges and fruits fresh for you.
Optional addons - anything you like, I will add parsleys, herbs, kale, etc., as I have it fresh.
