Original Himalayan Salt
is my salt of choice, not only as a table salt, but also I make the Sole (salt spray) inexpensively and effectively. There is nothing I've found in the natural salt world that compares to the trace minerals, electical energy and balancing of this salt. In addition, we use it in conjunction with Living Clay (montmorillonite clay) for external and internal remedies and cleansing.
Salt and Clay are the least expensive, most effective nutritional supplements we can use daily for balance and passive cleansing.
Spices & Seasoning Blends (many organic)
Terrific blended seasonings like Herbs De Provence, Taco or Italian, all in 1lb bags for very little money. This is truly a great find for the individual or blended seasonings. We use blended at my house, saves money and we add them before and after preparing food, everyone selects their own for their rice, salad or wrap.
We love the dehydrated vegetable broth, unchicken and unbeef - we order with and without vegetables (when it says vegetables it means flecks, not pieces, so either way is good. The vege broth without vege flecks seems creamier to me, I also add coconut milk to make a creamy soup.
WholeFoodFarmacy is an amazing place to shop for dehydrated veges, soups, oils, many of the things we use on a daily basis. They offer bulk and smaller sizes as well. We enjoy their products tremendously.
What a treat it is to find so many organic seeds for sprouting. Sprouts are the highest amount of nutrition in the least amount of volume that we can ingest. We use sprouts in everything, including our green drinks.
Eat Wild, Eat Organic, Eat Natural
Producers listed on Eatwild certify that they meet exacting criteria—standards that assure the animals and the land are well-treated, that the products are exceptionally high in nutrition, and that they are free of antibiotics and added hormones. Many farms are organically certified; others lack certification, but follow many of the organic standards. We recommend that you visit your supplier and make sure that the farm satisfies your own criteria.
